A small interwar Kerman drawn like a page from a garden album: cypress, blossom and birds arranged with the draughtsman's confidence the city was famous for, in a palette of rose, sage and champagne.
Kermans of this scale were woven as cabinet pieces and gifts. This one reads beautifully on a wall as well as underfoot.
